Sooraj V. S., a 17-year-8-month-old young adult from Thrissur, Kerala, India. He developed a Smart Bicycle by transforming an old petrol bike engine into an intelligent mobility system integrated with advanced safety, monitoring, and traffic-management technologies. The project combines embedded systems, IoT, automation, and AI to enhance road safety, assist law enforcement, and support handicapped individuals. It comprises alcohol and helmet detection, accident detection with automatic GPS-based SMS alerts, zone-based speed control and horn jamming, stand reminder, handicapped detection, AI camera surveillance, real-time alerts, and remote police ON/OFF control via a web app. Moreover, This project won the 37th Kerala Science Congress SciSol Award for Best Science & Technology Solution and secured first prizes in multiple technical competitions, showcasing strong social impact, innovation, and real-world applicability in smart traffic and accident prevention systems. Thus, International Book of Records proudly awarded him the “APPRECIATION AWARD” on 13th December 2025
