Advancing through increasingly responsible positions in the realm of education, he have garnered a concerted experience of 26 years of being a fervent educationist. Adept at managing his various roles as a professional, he see himself as a lifelong learner with a progressive thought-process. He give credence to healthy competition for becoming an improvised version of oneself through an ongoing process of swotting and tailoring new techniques to cater to the changing needs of the scenario. He had always been an industrious student and wanted to instil the same in the minds of his students. Started teaching career in 1992 in Dayanand Model Sr. Sec. School, Jalandhar as a Social Science Teacher at Primary level and subsequently Middle and Secondary level, providing outstanding result.
He is fortunate enough that he started his career in the school from where he did his schooling. Moreover, he feel proud to share that presently he is the Manager of the same school. Joined GND DAV Public School, Bhikhiwind, Taran Taran, Amritsar as Head Master in February, 2006. Worked sincerely to raise the level of education in school and also for professional growth of the teachers. 6th July, 2007 till date as the Principal of DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, Distt. Jalandhar. Actively managing all the co-curricular activities and also working for the cultural and academic progress of the school. His focus consistently remains on implementing ideas essential for overall development and Nation Building. Optimism with persistence approach is his real strength.
In this fulfilling journey of being an educationist, he has tried his level best to give everything that he can to his students, teachers and the society. To his credit, he has various articles published in the renowned newspapers and magazines at national and international level like ‘PUBLIC KI LEHAR” and WEDNESDAY TIMES . He has also authored “POSITIVE WORDS-DICTIONARY” ,”151 WAYS TO IGNITE YOUR MIND” and ” LIFE LESSONS FROM NATURE“ which received a lot of admiration from the readers. He has also reviewed and edited various books. Being an ardent researcher, carrying out various action and functional researches have been his another focus and fortunately, he have always obtained visible improvements in the performance of the students. Ready to learn and impart knowledge to others. he have also received the privilege of being an acclaimed Resource Person, speaker in various Capacity Building Programmes, Seminars and Workshops conducted under the aegis of CBSE, DAVCMC, Sahodaya Schools Complex and various other educational bodies at national and international level. His efforts have been duly recognized both at national and international level for having contributed in the curriculum development for enriching the students with the best of the syllabus. Leadership and Learning are indispensable to each other and thus it becomes absolutely necessary to gain as much as you can. Owing to the same, he have always been a keen learner and have attended many workshops at national and international level which has immensely helped him to enhance his skills. He believes that "The happiest people are those who lose themselves in the service of others". He have taken up Social Projects namely, PEHCHAAN,CARE & SHARE for upliftment of woman and aiding the under privileged needy people. He have also been rendering every possible help to the adjoining villages for their social and economic development. Mass Marriages, Water Conservation, E-waste management, Tree plantation are some of the other initiatives that he have undertaken for the upliftment of the society and conservation of the environment. His augmented career of being an educationist and administrator has given him an exhilarating opportunity to serve in various capacities .

As a Principal, he always strive to introduce various programmes and innovative practices on regular basis to provide the best possible education to his students. Various workshops, seminars NCC Camps, Trips, Excursions, Adventure Camps, Educational movies etc. are the signature moves which are undertaken time to time for up-skilling the students .He have also conducted numerous scholastic and co-scholastic programmes at both national and international level. A good exposure to teachers is also given through Capacity building progammes, workshops and seminars to strengthen their skills and abilities.

He firmly believes that not only should a teacher talk about and actively promote thought-provoking educational and engaging learning opportunities, but he should be sensitive and open to the potential innovative ideas that his students will have to offer as well. As a staunch leader, from conceptualizing and establishing forward-thinking plans to collaborating with teachers and administrators to achieve consensus across multiple levels, He excel at directing strategic enhancements to drive goal achievement while communicating openly with instructors, staff and parents. Socrates said that “One who had true knowledge could not be other than virtuous”. Knowledge is sine qua non for every sphere of human life. Thus, being an educator, his mission is to prepare students to succeed in the world, in a manner that takes into account the importance of the physical, mental, and social aspects that contribute greatly to the human experience.
