On Spot Judgement

Greetings! For getting an On Spot verification and Judgement, you can invite the Judge from the International Book of Records. As with On-Spot Judgement, an unforgettable environment can be produced. The Official Record Holder's Certificate and Medal will be presented on-site by the IB Records Judge following the successful completion of the Record Attempt. You can also invite the media to cover the event at a wider scale and can make IB Record's Judge to interact with them.

Fees to Invite a Judge :

1. For Judgement out of India : ( USD 3000 ) + 18% GST (if applicable) that has to be deposited in advance for Judge's booking confirmation.

Also, the Organizers have to borne Judge's Flight tickets (Round trip ), Hotel accommodation (5 star or equivalent), Food, Local transport, and local taxes (if any).

PLEASE NOTE - If you order 1500 Participation certificates (USD 12 each), you will get full charge off on Judgment Fee. All Other expenses will be borne by the organization/applicant as it is mentioned above.

Rules:

1. Advance payment should be paid miminimum 4 weeks prior to the Record attempt.
2. After booking Judge, No refund will be proceeded by International Book of Records, because of any cancellation reason from applicant's end. Payment adjustment option will be given accordingly (T&C apply)
3. After booking confirmation, in case of any cancellation of Judge from International Book of Records end , full payment will be refunded.
