The World Record for “FASTEST TO PERFORM LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY" was achieved by Dr. MIR SAMMIULLAH on 29h September 2025 from Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He successfully performed a laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 2 minutes and 38 seconds, breaking the previous record of performing it in 2 minutes and 55 seconds and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
