The World Record of "FIRST DOCTOR TO PERFORM A CAESAREAN SECTION SURGERY AT THE LOWEST PLATELET COUNT" was achieved by Dr. NEETHI MALA MEKALA on 11th March 2022 from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She successfully delivered a baby during a Caesarean section surgery with a platelet count of count of 1,000/UL and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
