The World Record for “LONGEST TIME TO HANG UPSIDE DOWN ON A BAR USING THE KNEES (KID)” was achieved by REYONA MAHAJAN on 1st January 2026 from Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India. 5 years, 11 months, and 25 days old Reyona Mahajan, a student of Jodhamal Public School, hung upside down on a bar using her knees for 2 minutes and 17 seconds and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
