The World Record for "LONGEST TIME TO HOLD BADDHA HASTA GOMUKHASANA" was achieved by BALJEET KAUR on 14th October 2025 from Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. She held the Baddha Hasta Gomukhasana for 41 minutes and 4 seconds under the guidance of Dynamic Yoga Studio, Udaipur by Dr. Guneet Monga Bhargava and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
