The World Record of “MAXIMUM PUSH-UPS WITH ONE LEG RAISED BY CARRYING 10 KGs BACKPACK ON BACK IN 30 SECONDS” is achieved by HARI GHATOWAL on 24th December 2021 from Tezpur (Asam) India. He did 46 push-ups with one leg raised by carrying 10Kgs backpack on his back in 30 seconds and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
