The World Record for “MAXIMUM UPSIDE DOWN HANGING SIT-UPS PERFORMED IN 30 SECONDS” was achieved by CHIRANJEEVI USIKE on 21st August 2025 from Medak, Telangana, India. He completed 10 upside down hanging sit-ups in 30 seconds and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
