The World Record of "MOST PUSH-UPS CARRYING 5 KG BACKPACK ON BACK IN 30 SECONDS” was achieved by DERANGULA DILEEP on 1st March 2023 from Piler (Andhra Pradesh) India. He achieved 50 push-ups in 30 seconds by carrying 5 kg weight on his back and broke the previous record of 40 push-ups in 30 seconds while carrying 5 kg weight on back and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
