The World Record of "MOST PUSH-UPS CARRYING5 KG BACKPACK ON BACK IN 30 SECONDS” was achieved by ARAVIND AK on 21st December 2022 from Koottanad (Kerala) India. He achieved 40 push-ups in 30 seconds by carrying 5 kg weight on his back and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
