The World Record of "YOUNGEST AADHAAR CARD HOLDER” was achieved by CHEKURI PARNIKA on 8th September 2023 from Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh) India. 20 days old Chekuri Parnika is the youngest child who has been issued an Aadhaar number and broke the previous record of a 40-day-old infant and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
