Rajdeep Mahanta is from Siliguri, West Bengal, India. He has been providing medical treatment to street dogs across the city for the past six years, including organizing sterilization and vaccination camps. His selfless dedication to the welfare of street dogs serves as a beacon of kindness and empathy.
