Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Code of Conduct

   Participants and attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the Event.

2. 2. Misconduct

   Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

3. 3. Right to Terminate Participation

   The organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the participation of any individual or organization found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.

4. 4. Awards

   Awards may be withdrawn if any information provided is later found to be false or misleading.

5. 5. Force Majeure & Event Changes

   In case of unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, the Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. The organizers shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in conducting the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

6. 6. Liability and Risk

   a) The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense incurred by participants arising from participation in the Event.

   b) Participation is at the participant's own risk.

7. 7. Modification of Terms

   The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication.

8. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab, India.

   We collect personal information such as name, address, email address, contact number, date of birth, and documents submitted for registration or nomination purposes.

   Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration or nomination. The organizers reserve the right to reject or disqualify any entry that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or contains false information.

   Personal information collected from participants shall be used solely for administering the Award Show, communicating with participants, evaluating nominations, issuing awards, and promoting the Event.

   By participating in the Event, participants consent to the use of their photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, archival, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
