THAVANESH on 12th January 2025 from Vellore (Tamil Nadu) India. 11 years 4 months 20 days old S. Thavanesh identified indian states and union territories, and recited their capitals and languages on a blank Indian map in 1 minute 12 seconds and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
