The World Record of “LONGEST TIME TO HOLD VRIKSHASANA YOGA POSE AT HIGHEST FROZEN LAKE” was achieved by SUMAN RATHI on 23rd February 2025 from Mumbai (Maharashtra) India. She held Vrikshasana yoga pose for 3 minutes 20 seconds at 14,270 feet, the world's highest point at Pangong Lake (Leh Ladhak) and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
