The World Record for "MAXIMUM PULL-UPS PERFOMED IN 30 SECONDS" was achieved by ASHISH ARYA on 14th September 2025 from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He performed 45 pull-ups in 30 seconds, breaking the previous record of performing 40 pull-ups in 30 seconds and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
