The World Record for "SMALLEST MANUAL INCISION IN CATARACT SURGERY" was achieved by Dr. SOHEL IRFAN MOHD. KHAN on 16th July 2025 from Nanded, Maharashtra, India. He performed Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery with the smallest possible incision of 1.7 mm, implementing a foldable lens and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
