About the Award
Adv. Sristi Nimodia is a native of Bokakhat, Assam, India, is an advocate, a law faculty member, and a PhD scholar at NMIMS, Mumbai. She holds a Mathematics Honours degree, an LL.M. in Investment and Securities Law from NISM, and an Actuarial Science certification from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. Alongside her legal practice and academic responsibilities, she authored the book "Company Law: A Fictionalised Journey from Incorporation to Winding Up", which was published by Taxmann Publications Pvt. Ltd. in April 2026. The book presents the complete lifecycle of a company under the Companies Act, 2013 through a continuous fictional narrative, making the subject accessible to students, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Thus, the International Book of Records acknowledges her efforts and achievements and proudly announces the "APT WOMEN AWARD" on May 25, 2026.
