The World Record of "MAXIMUM E - CERTIFICATES ACHIEVED IN ONE HOUR" is achieved by SIVAKUMAR THOTAPALLI on 12th February 2021 from Hyderabad (Telanagana) India. He achieved 52 certificates in one hour and smashed the previous record of achieving 46 e- certificates in one hour and made a new world record for International Book of Records.
