The World Record of “LONGEST PATHOGRAPHIC MEMOIR BOOK WRITTEN BY A DUO” was achieved by JYOTHY SREEDHAR AND Dr. MATHEW K. M. PUTHIYIDOM on 31st March 2025 from Kottayam (Kerala) India. The doctor and patient duo co-authored 'Thank Dog,' the longest pathographic memoir book, consisting of 67,970 words and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.
